Worldwide delivery

We ship worldwide. Please allow 5–20 days for delivery. Available delivery services and charges are shown at checkout for your destination. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Dispatch

Once an order is ready to leave us, a dispatch confirmation will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking details will be included whenever the selected service provides them.

Customs and import charges

For international orders, the recipient may be responsible for local taxes, duties or import charges unless checkout states otherwise. These are set by the destination authorities.

Requesting a return

Please contact us before returning an item. Include your order number, the item concerned and the reason for your request. We will confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions and address.

Eligible items should be unworn, unused and returned with their original packaging and included components. Some personalised, altered or hygiene-sensitive items may be excluded unless faulty.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so that we can review the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
